Let's Pray Together

Our Father, You are Holy, Righteous, Faithful, Just, and True; we honor and reverence your name. You are the only true and living God and all our praise and worship we give to you. May we never take you for granted, nor speak Your name in vain.

Forgive us for those sins that we knowingly and unknowingly have committed. Grace us to hide your word in our heart that we sin not against you, nor against our neighbor.

LORD, while we take this time and opportunity to thank you for our daily bread, we also take this time to thank you for the Indwelling Holy Spirit. His work in our lives is multifaceted and we are blessed beyond measure to have His abiding presence within us. We are in complete awe of Your Spirit’s work within us, as well as his work within others in the Body of Christ.

As we look back over our lives, we can clearly see and appreciate just how exceedingly great and vital His divine presence within us truly is. His continuous sanctifying grace has gracefully set us apart from the world and unto You, the lover of our soul. You truly are working in us both to will and to do of Your good pleasure, not by might, nor by power, but by Your Spirit.

Father, now we know, even as it has been known, Holy Spirit’s continuous sanctifying grace in our lives is vital to our growth in grace, holiness, transformation, and conformity to Jesus Christ; therefore, we present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto You, and we choose not to be conformed to this world but to be transformed by the renewing of our mind. Furthermore, we yield ourselves completely to Holy Spirit, and we surrender to every aspect of His ministry in our lives, and we pray that just as You and Christ are holy, harmless, undefiled, and separate from sin and sinners, even so, we receive your Spirit’s sanctifying grace to continually do so in us, that we may walk worthy of the vocation for which you have called us to.

Our Father and our Lord, grace us without measure that we may completely yield ourselves to the leading and sanctifying work of Holy Spirit within us. Grace us without measure that we will continually choose to follow and obey Him in all things, even when we don’t understand the whole matter of a thing, help us to just follow and obey. For It truly is our sole desire to live a life of holiness; so, let the Spirit of holiness dominate every aspect of our being; sanctify us wholly and preserve our whole spirit, soul, and body blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Now, Father, in Jesus’ name, we pray for and call forth lost souls from around the entire globe. We pray that all things hindering these souls from seeing You high and lifted up, be rooted up and cast forth from their lives. We pray and ask you to grace them with desires for those things that be of you and not of the world. Bless them with an appetite for holiness and righteousness. Providentially position them in the right place, and at the right time to hear the Gospel, and then bless them with a heart to receive and obey it.

Then Lord, when all has been said and done, let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in earth as it is in heaven.

Father God, these and all prayers we pray in the name of Your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Amen!

Beloved, now that we have prayed together, let’s read and study the Word together. I encourage you to take some time this week to look at each scripture in different translations and then ask the Lord to give you understanding and revelation to the meaning of each scripture. Okay, beloved, have an awesome week. Love you always with the love of God that has been shed abroad upon my heart by the Holy Ghost.

Holiness makes our lives fruitful because a holy life abides in the living Word and thereby full and free availability is given to the Spirit of life. The presence of the Holy Spirit makes our hearts clean, our minds pure, our faculties to work at their full capacity, and our lives thereby fruitful to the glory of God.
